Our job search course is presented by Dr. Tony Beshara, President of Babich Associates. Tony is Dr. Phil’s go to guy when a guest needs career support not only because he’s written a ½ dozen books on the job search process, but because he’s personally placed 12,000 executives in high paying jobs!

- Preparing for and handling the toughest Interviews.
- Handling the emotional ups & downs of the job search.
- Step by step job search techniques and strategies.
- Overcoming biases.
- Securing references, working with recruiters/supporters.
- Proven follow up strategies and techniques.
Our Career Agent will make sure student-athletes have a primary mentor who can check in with the student-athlete monthly. Our Career Agent will also find either alumni who were involved in athletics while in college, or alumni that had the same major or study background while in college or are in a job the student-athlete aspires to and connect them with your student-athletes.
