ACT was created exclusively for student-athletes. The founders recognized student athletes’ commitment to academics, sports, clubs, and part time jobs prevented them from participating in career center activity during their strict nine - five operating hours. ACT brings bite-sized career and professional development programming to student-athletes anytime, wherever they are at.

ACT takes a holistic approach by providing a comprehensive collection of tools, services, and strategies student-athletes can engage in. From tools like social scans that identify problematic posts that include questionable text, content, graphics, photos, gifs, and memes, to creating a dynamic LinkedIn profile, and learning critical soft skills and job search strategies, student-athletes are assured they will have anytime, anywhere access to the information they need, when they need it.

Right, you more than likely have very dedicated career center department that is woefully underfunded and understaffed and as a result is underutilized. According to NACE the student to career center advisor ratio is 1 to 5,XXX. And their own research has shown 62 percent of graduating seniors either NEVER visit the career center, or only visit once or twice. You need to be in the career center business because YOU can influence student-athletes to take ownership of their careers, earlier in their college experience. Research by NACE suggest when students do, they end up getting jobs by graduation day, jobs relevant to their degree, and at higher salaries!

Collectives, brands, advertisers, and coaches simply subscribe student-athletes to the program they feel will best suit them. Student-athletes simply sign up and engage in the program!
